Mr. Bialick provides comprehensive legal counsel to agricultural lenders, encompassing all aspects of the lending and collection process. He possesses a deep understanding of agricultural lending policies and assists clients in developing and implementing sound strategies. He excels in drafting and negotiating a wide range of loan documents, including complex agreements and security instruments. Mr. Bialick also demonstrates exceptional expertise in developing and executing effective workout strategies for distressed loans, including forbearance agreements and restructuring plans.
A highly respected legal professional, Mr. Bialick is a frequent speaker at banking events and conferences and has authored numerous articles on agricultural lending. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and previously attended the honors program at the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, graduating first in his class, Summa Cum Laude and with High Distinction.
